What a great day. Starting with a breakfast of fresh fruits, I just knew today would wonderful. And it was.
Waking up beside these two completes me.
Woke up a bit late – nine o’clock. Alex and I had some apples and grapes, then I went lounging about the house, there wasn’t much to do so I watched The Princess and the Frog on DVD. By half past ten I wanted some spaghetti, so I made some. Yum. By eleven o’clock A was up and started doing the much needed work in the toilet. LOL. He had to change some plumbing thingies because something was leaky and had to install the new bidet as well.
By one o’clock in the afternoon, we were having late lunch of spaghetti and pizza. FREE PIZZA, y’all. Thank goodness for credit card promos.
Anyway, by mid afternoon, we all got ourselves neat and smart and went to a preschool to inquire about admissions for the coming academic year. Uhm, the fees are a bit heavy on the pocket, but it’s manageable. However, we still are leaning towards that Chinese school we visited last week.
Now the sweetest part of the day – dinner. Went to Army Navy at Commerce Center and had us some of them juicy burgers. YUMMEH! Then off to Frutti Froyo next door. The three of us are just crazy about frozen yogurt – White Hat and Frutti Froyo, FTW!!
I had hoped to get Alex a haircut, but the kid’s salon at Festival, Hair Play, was already closed. Too bad. So we went to Japan Home, thinking we could do with a bit of window shopping, but we left the store with several items. I love getting new stuff for our home.

Alex was already asleep in the car by the time we got home. So A and I only had to wind down and enjoy each other’s company. He gave me a massage. I’m so spoiled. LOL.
It’s been a long and fun day. Tomorrow, it’s back to chores. Ah, but nothing’s ever so boring in my home. I’m sure there’s something good coming our way tomorrow. Good night, y’all.
