Oh. Dear. Heaven. This has been, by far, the hottest day of my entire life. The weather was so hot, so very humid. I could not, for the life of me, imagine how the air could be so heavy. Even the air blown from the fan is useless.
I wish it were Friday again, when the pool water was clean. Look how much fun Alex was having when the pool was set up for the first time.

Ah. I should get a pool filter for this huge ass above ground pool. And soon. Or I shall die from heat exhaustion.
Even if I wanted to take a dip in the pool, I could not even stand long enough to change the water. I felt dizzy and my head ached (it still does). The sweltering heat has made me sweat profusely and Alex and I have taken to the bathroom every so often to take a shower to cool ourselves.
I suffered two episodes of nosebleeding today, and I could hardly stand up. Goodness, I was such a wretch. The very air I breathe seemed to be killing me slowly. Curse you, summer heat! *shakes fist*
To make matters worse, I have had several outbursts and tantrums that lead to some arguments with Anson. But what the heck. I have been so uncomfortable the entire day that I could not control my temper.
I should get the houseboy to clean the pool and change the water every other day until I get Anson to buy the pool filter. Ack.
Oh, pool. I wish there was a way to have clean pool water everyday without the filter, so I can be happy just like this.
