Today is our special day. Every sixteenth of every month, we celebrate our monthsary. May 16th was celebrated at Tony Roma’s. For this month, we chose our regular haunt – Cyma.

Cyma, Alabang Town Center

Cyma at Alabang Town Center

Their food is really great, people. You should try to dine there some time. You will find that every dish is an awesome experience. Actually, we plan to try every item on their menu.

Like our previous visits, tonight was perfect.

Watermelon and Lamb Salad - Cyma

Watermelon and Lamb Salad

For starters, we had their Watermelon and Lamb Salad. Truth be told I am actually at a loss for words. It is both hearty and healthy at the same time. Delicious, too!

Flaming Cheese - Cyma

Flaming Cheese

For the appetizer, we had the Flaming Cheese. Yep, it did burst into flame. Haha. But sorry, it wasn’t captured in a photo. It was so yummy! Of course, the cheese came with warm bread.

For the main event, we chose Acropolis. It was not listed on their printed menu, but it was written on a blackboard. We decided to try it because I did not have my AH with me so chicken or beef entree are the only choices. No seafood tonight.

Acropolis - Cyma

Acropolis

Acropolis is lemon chicken with rigatoni pasta in light cream sauce, with roasted bell peppers and spinach. However, they were out of rigatoni, so we had to choose between spaghetti and angel hair pasta. We chose angel hair pasta, of course.

All in all, it has been a wonderful evening.

I love you, Daddy!
