Summer is coming to a close and Alex will be back to school. This means we have to reallocate our finances and put more into his schooling – tuition, shoes, bag, books, writing supplies and art materials, not to mention the daily cost of snacks and gasoline. This also means that dining out and shopping will have to take budget cuts.
However, before we end the feast season, the last of our gustatory adventures will be somewhere totally new to us.
We went to Resorts World Manila for the first time. Of course, the night’s highlight was dinner. We chose to dine at Parmigiano, an Italian restaurant.
When we got to Resorts World, the first thing on our list was to get a membership. No worries, folks, membership is free. Hubby got his card in a breeze.
You know what, we were already able to avail of the 10% discount when we had dinner at the Parmigiano.

Flurry of activities today in the homestead (lol, frontierville much?). We planned to spend all day at home, no going out, just us hanging out watching DVDs and eating.
But our itchy feet landed us on Starbucks Petron at ten o’clock in the evening.

We went to North Park tonight for dinner. I wanted noodles, Anson was craving for their Superior Congee and Alex is just going crazy over Tai Pao.
we didn’t really need to read the menu :p
I know we only had Chinese food a couple of days ago, but whatever. Our stomachs were talking. :p

We had been going to Starbucks ever night for the past couple of days to appease the cravings of our sweet tooth.
So tonight after dinner, Alex was already expecting that we would drive to Starbucks. So we were walking to the parking lot when we passed by Starbucks in Corte de las Palmas when he asked…
Alex: Mom, Dad… Starbucks, you want?
We had to stop near the cafe’s entrance to discuss whether or not we’d like to have some Green Tea or Macchiato. We ended up not going. I wanted to go home already to send Alex to bed and be alone with Anson. Hehe.
Kid’s enjoying his Starbucks fix, too. Mostly the pastries.
We’re out early today.
First order of business was go to Food Choices, ATC’s food court, so we can finally get what Anson has been craving for for day’s – Heaven in a Milkshake.
Too bad I did not get to take a picture though. But anyway, the milkshake was so yummy. However, it was so thick that I had a hard time sipping it through the straw.
Went to Ace Hardware for some cleaning supplies.
It’s Japanese foor for tonight’s dinner.
